A 14-year-old girl came to the pulmonology outpatient department with recurrent attacks of cough and breathlessness. The girl had visible deformities and a skeletal survey was advised.
Radiographs show severe kyphoscoliosis of the vertebral column.Focal calvarial thickening is observed in both the parietal regions. There is macrodactyly in all four limbs. The interphalangeal joints of the digits of both hands show calcified soft tissue hypertrophy.
