A 24-year-old man came with intermittent lower abdominal pain since four months. A scrotal examination revealed the right scrotal sac and inguinal canal to be empty.
The non-contrast enhanced CT scan of the lower abdomen and pelvis shows the left testis in the scrotum. The right testis is not seen in the scrotum or the right inguinal canal. A small, well-defined, round to oval, isodense soft tissue mass measuring 2 x 2 cm is seen in the peritoneal cavity in the right iliac fossa.
