A 33 year old man came with intermittent epistaxis and nasal swelling since four months
MR Imaging of the nose shows homogeneously T1 isointense and heterogeneously T2 hyperintense soft tissue mass with a hypointense rim in the anterior nasal cavity. The mass reaches upto the external nares. There are flow voids and foci of haemorrhage in the lesion.
