A 35-year-old man came with pain and swelling over the right wrist following a fall on an outstretched right hand. There was painful restriction of movement of the wrist associated with swelling and tenderness over the distal radius with visible dorsal displacement.
Frontal and lateral radiographs of the right wrist show an intra-articular fracture of the distal end of the radius with dorsal displacement. There is a fracture of the ulnar styloid.
