The frontal radiograph of the right shoulder shows multiple osteolytic lesions in the head of the humerus, the shaft and the scoopula - adjacent to the glenoid. The lateral radiograph of the dorsolumbar spine shows an osteolytic lesion in L1 , involving the body and pedicle.
