Ultrasonography of the right wrist shows a saccular outpouching, measuring approximately 25×12×16 mm, with a small neck arising from the radial artery. Colour Doppler mode, there is aliasing at the neck with a peak systolic velocity of 300 cm/sec and bidirectional colour flow in the sac (‘yin-yang’ sign).

In ancient Chinese philosophy.Yin and Yang represents two complementary and interconnected forces that make up all aspects of existence.
