Frontal and lateral radiographs of the right wrist show a well-defined, expansile, multiseptate lytic lesion with a sclerotic rim and a narrow zone of transition in the distal subarticular region of the radius. There are cortical breaches with periosteal reaction along the medial and lateral borders of the lesion.
