A 15 year old boy came with sudden onset severe headache aggravated by sound and multiple episodes of vomiting since one day.
Axial T2W, sagittal and coronal T1W post-contrast images of the brain with contrast venogram show a compact tuft of vessels measuring 5 cm x 2.8 cm in the third ventricle. The lesion extends along the septum pellucidum into the corpus callosum involving its posterior body and splenium. There is intraventricular hemorrhage in the right lateral ventricle.
