The esophagogram shows a beak like extrinsic effect at the aortic segment along its left lateral and posterior walls. The frontal radiograph of the chest shows consolidation and pleural effusion at the right base.
Contrast enhanced CT scan of the chest shows an aberrant right subclavian artery coursing posterior to the trachea and the esophagus.
