A one-year-old girl was brought by her parents with leukocoria in the right eye since one month
Ultrasonogram of the right eyeball shows a 1.3 × 0.9 cm, solid echogenic mass in the posterior chamber attached to the chorioretinal layer. There are calcifications in this lesion. There is internal vascularity in the lesion. There are low level echoes in the vitreous. Another, separate soft tissue mass measuring 3.4×3.4mm is seen at the posterior aspect of the lens.
