A 63-year-old woman came with a painless neck swelling since two years. Thyroid function tests indicated subclinical hypothyroidism.
Frontal and lateral radiographs of the neck show a soft tissue mass. It measures around 10 cm on diameter. It is predominantly on the left side displacing the trachea to the right and mildly compressing it. There multiple snakk pecks of calcifications in the mass.
