A 19-year-old man came with sudden onset, unprovoked dyspnea and pleuritic chest pain since one day. The patient was a non-smoker and had no comorbidities.
The frontal chest radiograph shows a well-defined lucency in the middle zone of the right lung field. The lung background in the tight mid and lower zones is hyperlucent with displacement of the vascular markings peripherally. There are fibrocalcific scars in the right apex and around the left hilum.
HRCT of the chest shows multiple, large thin-walled cysts without any internal septations or air fluid level in the lower lobe of the right lung.
