A 31 year old man came with a painful swelling over the left pectoral region. There was no tenderness.
A 31 year old man came with a painful swelling over the left pectoral region. There was no tenderness.
The chest radiograph shows ill-defined soft tissue opacities in the left upper zone. and in the right lower zone. The bones are normal. Ultrasonography of the local region shows an ill-defined, heterogeneously hypoechoic collection in subcutaneous plane over the left pectoral region. The underlying costal cartilage appears expanded and heterogeneous.
