Ultrasonography of the neck shows a well-defined, heterogeneously hypoechoic lesion (pseudo testis appearance) at the angle of mandible on the left side. The lesion is inferior to the left submandibular gland and lies in the intramuscular plane. There is no vascularity in the lesion.
