The frontal chest radiograph shows a well-defined soft tissue opacity in the right paratracheal region with a broad base towards the mediastinum forming an obtuse angle with it. The medial border is not separate from the ascending aorta indicating an anterior mediastinal mass. A CT guided biopsy was done.
