A 49 year old man came with complaints of epigastric pain and vomiting on and off for past three months associated with significant weight loss.
Ultrasonography shows thickened gastric and duodenal wall (16 mm). CECT of the abdomen shows diffuse, asymmetrical thickening of stomach wall including the pyloric antrum and D1 part of duodenum. There is loss of mural stratification.
