A 29 year old woman came with complaints of jaundice, fever and abdominal pain since 10 days. She has history of choledocholithiasis treated with endoscopic stenting followed by laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

The CBD is dilated with moderate bilobar central and peripheral intrahepatic biliary radical dilatation. There are multiple, variable sized, peripherally enhancing hypodense lesions.
