The chest radiograph shows nodular shadows in both perihilar areas. These extend into the upper lobes. The CT scan shows fibrotic area in right upper lobe and ground glass opacities in both the lower lobes and an conglomerate mass like lesion with calcification is seen in right perihilar region.
