A 55-year-old woman came with a lump in the right iliac fossa. The lump was painless and nontender. She gave no history of fever.
US of the abdomen shows a well-defined, cystic structure in the right iliac fossa. There is no inflammation of the surrounding fat. The CECT shows a cystic structure arising from base of caecum. It is not seen separately from the appendix.
