A 38 year old woman came with a swelling on the left side of the neck since four months
Radiograph of the neck shows an ill-defined soft tissue opacity of about 4 x3cm in the left side of the neck with no lucency or calcifications. On CECT of the neck, there is a well defined, isodense, homogeneously enhancing, solid lesion in the left posterior cervical space, posterior to the left sternocleidomastoid muscle with no calcification. An FNAC was done.
