A 12 year old boy was brought with complaints of pain and swelling in his left axilla since 10 days. He had a history of shoulder dislocation following a road traffic accident that had been treated by a primary care physician.

Ultrasonography of the axillary region shows an anechoic outpouching from the left axillary artery with the characteristic yin-yang appearance on color Doppler.
