Frontal, oblique and lateral radiographs of the right ankle in an immature skeleton show a multiloculated radiolucent lesion with thin rim of sclerotic margin with a narrow zone of transition. The lesion is eccentrically located in the cortex of the distal metaphysis of the tibia.
