The hysterosalpingogram shows narrowing in the cervical canal just proximal to the internal os for a length of one centimetre. The mucosa is irregular. There was resistance with inability to further advance the cannula. The uterus is normal. The Fallopian tubes are normal. There is incomplete spill on the right and none on the left.
