A 53 year old man, known to have ADPKD, came with complaints of haematuria and flank pain since two weeks.
Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen shows multiple, variable sized cysts replacing the normal renal parenchyma of both kidneys. Few of them show hyperdense content indicative of haemorrhage. Few ill-defined, lobulated arterially hyperenhancing soft tissue lesions are seen in both the kidneys showing no washout in the venous phase.
