Contrast enhanced CT scan of the brain shows a well-defined, 4x4.5x3.5cm sized hypodense lesion in the right cerebellar hemisphere with displacement of the fourth ventricle across the midline.. The lesion has a cystic appearance and shows an enhancing mural nodule.
