A 34 year old woman came with complaints of pain in both the upper limbs since three months
The DSA shows stenosis of the brachiocephalic trunk at its mid portion. There is reduced filling of contrast in the right subclavian and the right common carotid arteries. The left subclavian artery is occluded. There is almost no collateralisation.
