The CT scan of the skull shows dysplastic growth of bones over the right side of the face causing asymmetrical enlargement. Multiple craniofacial bones are involved . These show expansive growth without any breach in the continuity of the cortex. Some areas show 'cystic' components others have a 'ground glass' appearance.
