A 22 year old woman who underwent an emergency LSCS for obstructed labour came with bleeding per vaginum and progressive drop in the hemoglobin levels on post op day three .
A sagittal section of the CT angiogram of the abdomen shows a bulky uterus. There is a well defined, lobulated vascular outpouching from one of the branches of the left uterine artery suggestive of a pseudoaneurysm. A catheter angiogram confirmed these findings. The pseudoaneurysm was embolised (not shown) .
