A 45 year old woman presented with a six months' history of gradually worsening, dull aching upper abdominal pain on the right side. She did not complain of fever, jaundice, vomiting, loss of weight or loss of appetite.
Triple phase CECT of the abdomen shows a well defined, hypodense lesion about 6.5 x 3.5 x 4.0 cm in segment VII of the liver. This lesions shows discontinuous, nodular, peripheral enhancement in the arterial phase. There is progressive peripheral enhancement with centripetal fill-in in the portovenous phase. On delayed images, the lesion is isodense with liver parenchyma.
