The frontal chest radiograph shows a well defined, round, approx 3x3cm soft tissue opacity in the left mid zone . It has no lucencies or calcifications. The CT of the chest shows a well defined, heterogenous, cystic, hypodense lesion with wavy internal septations in the lingula, There is peripheral contrast enhancement.
