A 34 year old man, with history of pancreatitis, presented with mild epigastric pain and few episodes of vomiting since two days.
Axial and coronal sections of the contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen show an atrophic pancreas with multiple foci of intraparenchymal calcification. On the arterial phase, there is a focal, saccular aneurysmal outpouching from the distal splenic artery. This outpouching measures 8 mm in maximum diameter.
