Transabdominal ultrasonography shows the uterus to be absent. (top row). The renal fosa is empty. (second row). Both ovaries are seen (third row).. The photograph of the patient's neck shows a low hairline and torticollis. Radiographs of the cervical spine show occipitalization of the atlas and multiple intersegmental anomalies in the lower cervical vertebre. The radiograph of the hands shows polydactyly bilaterally.
