A 16 year old boy came with complaints of left hip pain since two years. There was tenderness over the left hip; hip movements were normal.
There is an oval osteolytic area about 4 x 3 cm in the proximal metaphyseal region of the femur with extension into the epiphysis. The lesion has a narrow zone of transition. There is a ground glass matrix. A similar lesion is seen in the supra acetabular ilium. The hip joint is normal.
