A 56 year old man came with complaints of headache, vomiting and difficulty in walking since one month.
There is a well defined, mixed solid-cystic lesion showing avid homogeneous post contrast enhancement in the pineal region measuring about 25 mm. The lesion is not seen separately from the pineal gland. Calcific foci are seen eccentrically in the periphery of the lesion. There is mild hydrocephalus
