The lateral radiograph of the neck shows a thin, linear, horizontal opacity below the hyoid cartilage, anterior to the C4 vertebral body. The axial section of the CT neck shows a linear bone density foreign body in the right paraglottic space medial to the right thyroid lamina. 3D reconstruction confirms the findings. Post operative image shows an approximately 3cm long fish bone.
