There is a well-defined, lobulated, T2 /FLAIR hyperintense, TI hypo to isointense lesion measuring 4.5 x 3.5 x 4.1 cm involving the right cerebellar hemisphere. The lesions extends along right superior, middle, and inferior cerebellar peduncles into the brainstem. It shows few cystic areas. There is mild diffusion restriction.
