The CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis with oral contrast shows telescoping of terminal ileum and ileocecal junction along with its mesentery into the cecum for a length of 5.3 cm. The bowel loops show normal enhancement. There is a an approximately 2.5 cm sized fat density lesion at the proximal end of the intussusception.
