A ten year old girl came with headache, altered sensorium , giddiness and vomiting since three weeks
On the contrast enhanced MRI, there is a solid-cystic lesion in the suprasellar region, measuring 3.1x3.2x4 cm. The cystic component is T1 /T2 hyperintense (hemorrhagic/proteinaceous) with peripheral enhancement. The solid component is heterogenously T2 hypointense /T1 isointense with multiple foci of blooming on SWI and shows patchy diffusion restriction and heterogenous enhancement.
