MRI of the right hand shows a T1 hypointense T2 hyperintense multiloculated, cystic lesion in the dorsum of the right hand, The largest component overlies the head of the second metacarpal and occupies the second and third web spaces. There are fluid-fluid levels and T2 hypointense septae in this lesion
