A 54 year old woman came with abdominal pain, reduced appetite, weight loss and icterus since three months.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen shows an ill-defined, heterogeneously hypoechoic lesion in the gallbladder fossa measuring 7.8 x 4.8 x 4 cm. The fundus and the body of the gallbladder are not seen separately. There is a loss of fat planes between the lesion and the liver
